How It Works

These meal plans simplify the planning process, providing you with easy, balanced meals for the week.  Each week, you’ll receive a meal plan in your email inbox, including meals and snacks for each day and an automated grocery list for the week.
The meal plans are created by a team of registered dietitians and focus on balanced meals to stabilize blood sugar levels, normalize hormones, decrease inflammation, and manage your weight. 
The plans emphasize real, whole foods with easy to follow recipes. All links below will give you the option of a 3 Day Free Trial. Static plans are $9/month and customizable plans are $19/month.

28-Day “Refresh”
This detox style plan is 75% low-glycemic index plant foods and 25% high-quality proteins. It emphasizes healthy fat options and real, wholesome foods.
28-Day Refresh is:
  • Gluten Free
  • Grain Free
  • Low in dairy
  • Low in beans, legumes

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

  • Moderated carbohydrate content
  • 75% plant foods, 25% proteins
  • Rich in fiber to help decrease insulin spikes
  • Healthy fats to keep you feeling satisfied
  • Foods to help promote a balanced gut microbiome which may contribute to decrease in inflammation

Anti-Infammatory

  • Moderate carbohydrates
  • High in antioxidants
  • Low in common inflammatory foods (grains, dairy, etc.)
  • Gluten-free (with the exception of oats)
  • High fiber
  • Healthy fats

Low-FODMAP

  • Monash University guidelines
  • Gluten free, low grains
  • Low beans, legumes
  • Anti-inflammatory
  • If you’re someone who has been recommended the “low FODMAP” diet, consider a full evaluation by a Registered Dietitian to determine if this is the BEST fit for you!
