FAQ: We do not accept insurance. Payment plans available are weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. HSA/FSA can be used as form of payment. The total cos for this program ranges between a $2000-5500 investment (depending on the plan of care that is mutually decided upon). We offer payment plans to make this more realistic for you if that is helpful!
