Step 1: Apply

Begin by filling out our application form. This is your chance to share more about you, your symptoms, and your biggest health goals. We'll review your application and if we feel confident we can help, we'll invite you to book your Initial Assessment appointment.

Step 2: Assess

This is a deep-dive 75 minute session where you share your story, your symptoms, and labs (if applicable) so we can give you action steps right away. After this session, we'll have a solid plan of care to present to you.

Step 3: Get Started

Your proposed plan of care will include our recommendations for length of support suggested, additional functional labs recommended to help move the needle for you, and the next diet & lifestyle steps to take. (Cost of Initial Assessment will be applied to your unique 1:1 coaching package)

The Initial Assessment is a comprehensive nutritional work-up with our Dietitians. You’ll be provided with personalized nutrition recommendations and strategic, high-impact action steps. During this session, we may discover that ongoing private support and additional functional labs (for example, blood, hair, stool, or urine testing) could help you reach your goals more effectively. In that case, you may be recommended to enroll in our "1:1 Functional Nutrition Coaching Package".(Required)

The Initial Assessment is a one-time fee of $299. Your investment in the Initial Assessment can be applied to enrolling in the Private 1:1 Functional Nutrition Program (within 30 days) should that be recommended by your provider. We can accept HSA/FSA as form of payment.
