I've tried everything. How is this different?

Honestly? Most programs treat the symptom, not the cause. They tell you to "eat better" or "exercise more" without addressing what's actually happening in your body. The B.R.A.I.N. Method goes upstream. We start with blood sugar (the root) and build from there. And because everything compounds week over week, you're not starting over every Monday. You're stacking real momentum.

Is this a diet?

Nope. There's no foods you're "not allowed" to have. No calorie counting. No 5am workouts. No adaptogen powder that tastes like dirt. This is about what to add in, not what to take out. We focus on balancing your plates, your days, and your life so consistency stops feeling like willpower.

I have PCOS / pre-diabetes / Type 2. Is this safe for me?

Yes, and honestly, it was built with you in mind. So many women with these conditions have been handed a pamphlet and sent home. We work specifically with women navigating PCOS (especially the high-T and insulin-resistant types), pre-diabetes, Type 2, and insulin resistance. That said, please continue working with your medical team. We complement their care, we don't replace it.

How much time will this actually take each week?

Realistically, plan for 1 hour for the live coaching call, plus 30-60 minutes of "homework" that's woven into your normal routine (think: tweaking a meal you were already going to eat, not adding 47 extra steps). The point is sustainability. If it's not realistic, it's not worth doing.

What if I can't make a live call?

All calls are recorded and posted in the member forum within 24 hours. You can submit questions ahead of time and watch the replay later. The community keeps going in the forum, so you never feel like you're missing out.

Do I have to use a CGM?

Not at all. The CGM is an optional upgrade for women who want real-time data and personalized feedback on exactly what their blood sugar is doing. Plenty of women get incredible results without one. It's there if you want it.

When does the program start?

What if it doesn't work for me?
