If you’re a fit based on your application, you’ll be invited to book your Initial Assessment call. This is a deep-dive where we’ll explore your story, review current labs (and suggest additional labs to fill in the gaps if needed), and craft a personalized care plan. That includes dietary modifications, additional labs that will help boost your progress, a recommended timeline for coaching, and clear next steps. Some clients get all they need after the Initial Assessment, but we often find that additional care (ranging from 2-4 months of clinical care), additional labs, and accountability are recommended to help you get to your goals. This will be discussed after your Initial Assessment.
Not at all! While we specialize in thyroid and hormone health, we also work with clients who suspect thyroid issues or have subclinical concerns contributing to symptoms like bloating, fatigue, and weight loss resistance. Our focus is on uncovering the root causes—whether it’s blood sugar imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, stress, or gut health issues—that may be driving hormone dysregulation. We get to the “why” behind how you’re feeling!
We'll recommend labs based on your health history and our initial consultation. If you have had labs done in the past, we'd love to be able to use those in your sessions!
