And the answer almost always comes down to two things: blood sugar dysregulation and micronutrient deficiencies. Let me connect some dots.

Why Your Afternoon Energy Crash Is a Biochemistry Problem, Not a Willpower Problem

One of our clients came to us exhausted — not “a little tired” exhausted, but the kind where waking up already feels like defeat.
